One-Year Subscription Agreement

Customer agrees to pay the annual subscription fee in advance, at the agreed-upon annual rate. In consideration of this annual commitment, Customer will receive a discounted rate compared to month-to-month pricing of the stated percentage on the pricing page.

In the event that the Customer elects to terminate the annual agreement prior to the end of the one-year Term, no refunds will be provided.

Should the customer choose to cancel, the cancellation will be effective immediately, but they will continue to have access to their paid-for service through the end of the year subscription agreement.

For example, if the customer signs up in January and decides to cancel in May, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the service from June to December.

For customers that are unsure of an annual commitment, we offer a monthly-based subscription that may be better suited for that customer.

QR Code Signs are non-refundable once ordered.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Helpful Inc. and the Customer and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
