Custom Sign Orders – Terms & Conditions
1. Final Design Approval
By placing an order through the Helpful system, you confirm that you have reviewed, approved, and accepted the final design of your QR code sign(s), including, without limitation, size, material, color, layout, text, graphics, and QR code placement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. Helpful is not responsible for errors, omissions, or design choices that were approved by the customer at the time the order was placed.
2. Custom Manufacturing Acknowledgment
All physical QR code signs are custom-made to order and manufactured specifically based on the final design approved by the customer.
Once an order is submitted, manufacturing begins. Because these signs are custom manufactured, they cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed, and are therefore not eligible for return except as expressly stated in these terms.
3. No Refunds, Cancellations, or Customer-Initiated Changes
All sign orders are final and non-refundable.
Once an order has been placed:
No refunds will be issued
No cancellations will be accepted
No design changes, revisions, or edits may be made
This applies regardless of production status, including orders that are pending, in production, or completed.
4. Manufacturing Defects & Replacement Policy
Helpful stands behind the quality of its manufactured signs.
If a sign is determined to have a manufacturing defect, Helpful will, at its discretion, work with the customer to re-manufacture and re-ship the affected sign(s) at no additional cost to the customer.
A manufacturing defect includes, but is not limited to:
Machine malfunctions
Printing, cutting, or finishing errors
Material defects
Errors occurring during the manufacturing process that result in the sign not matching the customer-approved design
A manufacturing defect does not include:
Errors or omissions in the customer-approved design
Misspellings, incorrect text, graphics, colors, sizing, or layout approved by the customer
Requests for changes, revisions, or updates after the order is placed
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or environmental conditions outside normal use
Helpful reserves the right to request photographic evidence or other reasonable documentation to evaluate whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
5. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have fully reviewed and approved your final design
The sign(s) will be manufactured exactly as approved
You accept responsibility for all customer-approved design content and selections
Helpful is not responsible for replacement, refund, or reprint costs resulting from customer-approved design errors or post-order change requests.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a sign order through the Helpful platform, you confirm that you:

Agree to be bound by them
Acknowledge that sign orders are custom-made and non-refundable once placed
