One-Month Subscription Agreement

1. Term of Agreement

This Agreement is effective as of the date of subscription purchase and shall continue for a minimum period of one (1) month (the "Term"). The Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party in accordance with Section 3 below.

2. Payment and Billing

Customer agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee in advance, at the agreed-upon monthly rate. Billing shall occur on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled prior to the next renewal date.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at the end of any monthly Term by providing written notice prior to the renewal date. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.

4. No Refunds on Monthly Prepayment

Customer acknowledges that monthly subscription fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law.

QR Code Signs are non-refundable once ordered.

5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Helpful Inc. and the Customer and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
